I just wanted to tell you what an absolutely magnificent service you run within the short sale department of Devon Title. Every time I have spoken with either Rich Sabo or Rick Stokes they have always displayed a very high degree of professionalism. They answered any questions and concerns that I may have had but were always eager to help solve problems during the process of the sale. I know that the short sale department was not paid anything and they still did a stellar job and completed the short sale. As far as I'm concerned the service Rick Stokes and Rich Sabo supply your clients should be considered an example for other companies to follow.

I have worked with other short sale companies, and I must say that my experience with Devon Short Sale Solutions was remarkable. Our deal was completed in a timely fashion; I was updated weekly, even if there was no change. Everyone I spoke to was completely professional and pleasant. Thank you for the email. The short sale went relatively smoothly. The short sale was approved and the home did close. This was the 2nd short sale file of mine that was negotiated through Devon Short Sale Solutions and was actually approved by the 2 lien holders. It ended up taking 4 months for an approval, which appears to be about average for a short sale. I believe Rachel and Kari Ann worked on this file (I spoke with the A LOT!) and they also kept my seller informed which I appreciated. The transaction went well and I was satisfied in working with Devon Short Sale Solution on this one. Thank you and I look forward to more approvals :)

This was my first closing of a short sale and I appreciate how helpful and patient everyone was in answering my many questions as we worked our way through this transaction. I understand that BOA is one of the toughest banks, so I am grateful that it did finally reach the closing table. I am happy with the service we received throughout these many months.
